Individual must be able to work well independently as well as in small teams and must display full mastery of the motion graphics and vector-based design.

Skills:
•Strong graphic design skills and sense of aesthetics are a must. Portfolio of past web-based projects is required for consideration.
•Macromedia Flash: Minimum 4 years experience. Firm understanding of Macromedia Flash MX 2004 and AS required. Must have strong animation and motion graphics skills.
•Video Production: Experience with Final Cut Pro, Media Cleaner Pro and Sorenson Squeeze are a plus.
•Interface design: A firm understanding of functionality, interaction, information architecture, navigation, and interface design.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must.
•The ability to maintain detailed, professional documentation of all tasks is required.
•Experience in videograpy or live video production a strong plus!
Education:
4 year degree required. Contract-to-hire arrangement after successful introductory period.
