Mary Poppins is practically perfect in every way. Real people, however, find it difficult to consistently proceed with perfection. We are told to abide by Gods teachings, but perfection - for us mere mortals - is not attainable. We want to follow in Christs footsteps. But lets face it: those are some pretty big shoes to fill. What a relief it is to know that God doesnt expect us to imitate His perfection. He does, however, require us to attempt righteousness. There is none righteous, no not one... For all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. Romans 3:10b & 23
