I graduated from the University Notre Dame ('04) with a BA in
Political Science and from the University of Oxford ('05) with a
master's degree in Social Policy. My master's thesis was on corporate
social responsibility (CSR) with the case studies of Nike and IKEA. I
am currently looking to work in an area of CSR, as an
individual who travels to foreign countries to tour facilities, in a
major corporation working in their CSR programs, as part of a major
corporation in a government/social economy sector or as part of a
consulting firm that deals with governments (preferably foreign but
domestic is ok). I am not looking to work for a foreign company (as
they are usually hesitant to hire non-residents) or for a
non-profit/think tank/charity as I need a strong salary to help with
student loans ($45-55,000 a year). Are there any specific companies
with job openings that fulfill my needs?
There are a few newsletters that post CSR jobs. I imagine you've come
across them in your research...do you receive any of these?
For instance, found a link to this job posting in one of them:

Let me know if these sourts of resources would help.

I had seen that job posting, but I lack the 5 years of experience it
requires. I am not necessarily only interested in CSR jobs, but jobs
where my studies will be applicable and desired. Thank you for your
attempted help though! :)
Just to be clear, I have searched Google Answers/Google and know about
the 200 most socially responsible companies and which companies are
most likely to hire people with intentions to get into CSR. I am
looking for specific open positions that I can apply for immediately,
specific contacts within CSR departments at major companies, or strong
and productive advice that will offer me an immediate opportunity to
get a job working in government affairs/CSR. Thank you!
