Where can I download NOKIA corporate logo art?
What do you mean specifically when you say corporate logo "art"? If
you mean the logo that appears on the home page of Nokia's web sites,
I could show you how to save that to your hard drive. But do you mean
more than just that logo?
Also, do you want to download the logo art to a computer or a mobile
phone?
(Lastly, I should mention that Nokia might not want you to use the
logo in certain ways once you've downloaded it. They sell merchandise
with their logo on it, and so they clearly consider the logo a
valuable commodity. They might not want their logo used for
non-approved purposes. You probably knew this already; so I presume
that you want to download logo art for personal use only, which I
presume is okay.)

You can get the Nokia logo from http://www.nokia.com, specifically
http://www.nokia.com/pics/logo_nokia.gif
The first two images on
http://images.google.com/images?hl=en&lr=&ie=ISO-8859-1&q=nokia+logo&sa=N&tab=wi
also sport the logo.
If you don't want any part of the above images, you can cut the
portion of the image you don't need.
