I like various car forums and would only hope that dealers are reading those to see how car buyers/owners talk amongst themselves.

I admit that I have contributed my fair share of criticising NW.
But as much as my criticism is deserved for that side of NW that deserves it, it is undeserved of the better side of NW that truly doesn't.
We truly are weighed down by the lowest common denominator.
