I'm scheduled on a Air NZ flight from Perth to Auckland in December.
I have a few questions.....
Firstly, it's a B767 aircraft! What are the seats, service etc. like?

I managed to get into the standard Koru Club lounge after arrival to refresh myself. However, they were not too happy to let me in and advised that I should shorten my time there to a minimum in order to pick up my baggage form the belt.
When was this? I am guessing it was before the pier separation. Since then, to get to international lounge you need to clear transit security, which should only be possible if you have an onward international ticket or BP. And if it was domestic lounge and haven't collected bags this would cause a lot of grief (not to mention change of terminals) due to clearing customs without your bags and then attempting to re-enter. There is no NZ lounge at PER. Business class and *Gold pax can use the Qantas Club, or SQ Silver Kris Lounge (depending on SKL being open and any capacity constraints). NZ has no arrival lounge. If you are connecting to a same day *A flight then you'll have access to either international or domestic lounge as applicable. Otherwise there are pay showers at the airport.
This flight is one of my least favourites, especially if my body clock is adjusted to WA time. Departure is too early to go to sleep quickly, but it is relatively short flight and will be woken up prior to landing at OMG o'clock NZ time.
