Hi, I was wondering if there have ever been real life instances of
University Officials getting caught colluding with each other to bring
about unfair and unethical sanctions against somebody.
I say this because the university I am at is accusing me of saying
some remarks that are flat out untrue. Furthermore, the university I
am at has trumped up the charges on evidence which is purely heresay.
In general I use the derogatory terms that were stated, however I do
not use them in the context that was said I stated in. Based upon a
past history, the university has reason to not want me there, and this
seems to coincide well with my history. (this part just explains my
situation)
You may take this for what it is worth, but as a friendly bit of
advice, perhaps it is your demeanor and tone that frightens off
potential researchers.
Good luck;

Thanks for the help. I convinced some reason into them. I wish this
question not be answered anymore because it is not of pressing concern
at the moment. For future generations I urge them to look up the
search word scandal in an instance like this.

Answer the question already. Your ommitance of answers looks poor.
This and the fact you have delete 3 of my questions already.
Just add comments or something.
One reason your question may have remained unanswered is that a
thorough search of legal databases is likely to take quite a bit of
time. The Researcher who answers the question will earn only $3.75.
In addition, it appears that you are seeking backing for a defense of
your own situation. Researchers often avoid questions in which there
is an agenda beyond the initial gathering of facts. We are not
permitted to give legal advice, and it sounds as if that is what you
need at this point. Support Hicham Yezza — Oppose his deportation and fight his persecution:: Free Hicham Yezza and Protect Academic Freedom The role and collusion of the University of Nottinghams senior management in http://www.freehicham.co.ukHOME |
Of course there is an agenda. You should be happy I made it clear.
When most people don't say their agenda, then that means they do
indeed have one. I have a positive agenda.
In fact, with everything there is an agenda. Why would anybody ever
pay more than 5 dollars for a question then?
Anyways, I am just wondering if this has ever happened. The
University judicial affairs systems are not courts of laws. They are
places that accuse you, and by simple accusation, it means you are
guilty. This is poor. I am looking for cases in which stuff like
this has happened before.
For example, one can look up on Google and find an instance when this happens.

Should I up my price? I am not paying for ethics. The truth is I
have been accused of something that I would never do, and my degree is
at stake. I would have this question erased if it meant I received my
fifty cents back.
mnitzani-ga,
There certainly have been accusations of administration collusion,
such as this one:

Administration Collusion with Racism:
The Outrage at Amherst
but I'm not sure this rises up to the level of what you had in mind by
saying "getting caught".
If this ISN'T the sort of information you're after, can you give us a
bit more detail of what you need.
Thanks.
