I want to become a third party payment processor like paypal /
2checkout and many others.
As far as I know, I need to get a Master Merchant Account. I would
like to know how to get this type of account and if it works like an
Internet Merchant account (if can be plugged in to a payment processor
like verisign).
I know that this is not a simple question, it is a big project and I
know it requires that we demonstrate financial stability, etc. But I
havent found the path to do it. Every bank I contact seems to be not
interested or scared with this project. I would even hire someone to
give me consulting services to complete this task.

I want to provide the service of payment processing just to Card
Present transactions. My main segments will be: Medical, Retail
(markets, etc), Food and drink, Misc Services.
I'm not interested on providing the service to accept web orders.
Every transaction will require te owner of the credit card to be
present and sign a receipt.
I need that this be an internet merchant account, not retail, because
every transaction will be through a gateway for the purpose of
recodrging and dividing the funds at the end of the month for each
