When commercial property is bought and sold in Canada what are the
government agencies that record these transactions and how do I go
about geeting my hands on this information?
In the US this information is recorded by the county clerk's office. Hi spencer2x,
Do you have in mind a particular province?
Thanks,
hummer
Mostly the Toronto area/Ontario. But in general would like to know
about Canada in general, especially if the process is very different
from province to province. But a specfic example in Ontario would be
fine. I should specify that I am interested in commerical real estate
(malls, wharehouse, retail.
For example. If I knew a mall located a x location. Could I find the
last time it changed hands and at what price or what was it's tax
appraisal value....anything that could give me insight into what the
property could be worth. Glendale Real Estate, La Canada Real Estate, Los Angeles County :: Specializing in Glendale real estate, La Canada, La Crescenta, Montrose, Tujunga , Burbank, Los Angeles, Studio City, and Los Angeles County. http://www.realestateinla.org/HOME |
