Paypal will allow you to do this, and it will probably be free for
you. I have account, and once you get it tied to your bank account,
you can transfer funds between it and paypal for free up to like $500
a month I think. I haven't used the virtual cradit card yet, but once
you log into your account, there is a link at the bottom for Paypal
shops. Once in the shops section, there a link for "shop anywhere",
which will allow you to go to any websight and shop with a virtual
credit card tied to your Paypal account.
Citibank offers virtual account numbers, tied to your real number,

This has got all the makings of a great idea!
You never use your actual credit card but simply use it to fund a
subsidiary card with a different number, etc. and with a credit limit
that is user specified and otherwise circumscribed.
This could be the answer to a lot of credit card fraud.
I like it!
But does such a thing already exist?
I mean that It looks like a prepaid credit card but to I can fund it faster
