At 11 weeks I started having crazy dreams last night I got into an arugment with my dog about Obama and Mccains health care plans, and dumped a bottle of water on her head... it was a dream, but I really acted it out.
Also Im feeling lightheaded like my body is made of jello sometimes and the nausea is still lingering especially when i haven't eaten for a while.
Is there a reason for this and how come its getting to this point I thought at about 3 months you start to feel better during your pregnancy.
New research has found that because women with morning sickness donâ ™t feel like eating or drinking, they may find themselves dehydrated, which could be compounding and creating the symptoms of morning sickness and impairing prenatal health. Proper hydration is critical to every system and process in your body. At the first sign of morning sickness, nausea or vomiting, increase your fluid intake of water throughout the day. My morning sickness didn't go away until 16 weeks, and even now (at 19 weeks) I still feel nauseated at times.
I also have the awful (and weird) dreams. I don't know how many times I have dreamed my husband was cheating on me since I've been pregnant. I think it is stress, but I don't really know what causes it.
Anyway, most people get better in there 2nd trimester. I hope the same is true in your case.
Good Luck!
My wife had these same symptoms with our first child. The dreams will probably stick around till the end of the pregnancy and maybe a little after (hers did). You have to remember your body is completely changing itself! Things are moving around that normally don't constricting blood vessels and the baby is taking more from you everyday! The jelloy feeling and nausea mean your blood pressure may be a little high which is very common but something you still should tell your doctor about. Try to stay extra hydrated drinking plenty of water and juices low in sugar or try pedialyte its great and worked really well for my wife! The dreams are just a natural way for your body and psyche to deal with all the dramatic changes occuring and your fears, worries, hopes etc about the upcoming change in your life. Hold on tight the dreams get alot weirder and way more interesting in your last trimester! Good luck and congratulations! Early pregnancy symptoms please help? - Yahoo! Yeah, Around 14 weeks for me I started feeling way better, it will come its just different for everyone. When you start to feel better you should do all the stuff you really need to do to get ready because after that period ends the third trimester can be really hard. For me I waited last minute and I really wished I would have done everything when I was feeling really good in my second trimester.
I read somewhere that it is normal to have more vivid dreams more frequently during pregnancy (and i certainly have had much more 'real' dreams since i've been pregnant), and you might have already had bouts of 'sleepwalking' or 'acting out' your dreams before but not noticed it. (you are asleep after all, and if you don't make a mess then you're not going to know!) The lightheadedness could be anything, even just a sign that you either need to sit down or you have been sitting in the same position too long! you can call a nurse if it's really bad or makes you fall and they can give you medical advice. When you are pregnant you need to eat every 2-3 hours or when you start feeling hungry again. Your baby is helping to burn more calories and faster than you are used to, so just make sure that you eat small meals all throughout the day rather than just the 3 meals- being hungry can make you feel nauseas for sure. Morning sickness typically does decrease at 3 months but can go on longer. with my 1st baby i had it all the way up to 6 months, especially if i didn't eat. :) So just keeps snacks with you (granola bars, crackers, juice, etc, really anything) and rest if you feel lightheaded. Congrats on your pregnancy!
