The internet is not the place to get counseling...especially this site. You are going to have to bite the bullet and learn to open up face to face if you want help. Their are churches and other organizations who offer free counseling. Try calling around to churches and try your local chamber of commerce or better business bureau for some names where you can get help. You really need to talk to resolve the most serious abuse issues.
