If you rebuild Apache, just leave the default checked boxes, the only other box I check is GD (for vBulletin) and do rebuild - but then again my requirements so far are minimal, if you use some of the other features, you'll need to check them. If you are only using your server for vBulletin, then just check GD and do rebuild.
