1000 , or Streamaster 5000. I have searched google and other engines
and keep finding a expired link to http://mot-sps.com/adc/streamaster/
, which is no longer there. No info at all on Motorolas website.
Yes, I thought of that, and googles cache of that page is the same as
the actual page...
Pardon me for raising the obvious, samson512, but have you looked at
Google's cached version of the relevant page?
Do you require an online manual or would a physical manual(s) be
suitable if available?
Also, I'm wondering about offline searches that you have attempted.
Have you contacted Motorola directly and not been able to get the
required manuals? Or a local Motorola dealer?
And while I'm asking for clarification, what other documents would you
be interested in? Net4TV Voice: Video Game Industry<BR> Shows Latest at E3:: At one side of this booth, Motorola showcased its NUON chip-enabled Streamaster. Hi samson512,
I couldn't locate a users manual, but I was able to locate an
official-looking flyer, in pdf format, which has a thorough
listing of the Steamaster 5000's technical specifications and
capabilities. Right-click and download from this link, or view
it in your browser, if you have the Adobe Reader plugin:

I searched Google, for:
"steamaster 5000" + pdf

If this satisfies your needs, add a clarification, and I'll
re-post this response as the answer.

Hi again, samson512,
A PostScript to my last comment:
I located a page which resembles a press-release for
the Streamaster 5000, on a Nuon site, which provides
contact information for spokespeople from VM labs
and Motorola, which companies collaborated in the
creation of the Steamaster:
"Contact for VM Labs Incorporated:
Bender/Helper Impact
Linda Meyers
linda_meyers@bhimpact.com
(415) 391 2994
Lee Hall
lee_hall@bhimpact.com
(770) 879 8970
For Motorola:
Bill Schnell, Motorola, Inc.
Email: b.schnell@motorola.com
512-996-5495"
From:
http://www.nuon-dome.com/streamasterpre.html
Now, VM Labs sold assets to Genesis Microchip,
and their website is defunct, so I doubt the
contacts listed for them above are worthwhile.
A search of "Genesis Microchip" + Steamaster
returned no hits.
Also, Nuon is the media-processing technology
created by VM Labs, for the Steamaster and
other systems. That technology is still active,
but I see no references to its current owners,
other than VM Labs.
Perhaps VM Labs' transition accounts, to some
degree, for the difficulty in finding support
for this product.
"Streamaster, which is a MOTOROLA product, has already been deployed
into 4 test markets world-wide (Hong Kong; Canberra, Australia;
Several US cities with Blockbuster Video/Enron and Aliant Telecom in
maritime Canada). This system will not be available for purchase as a
stand alone unit as far as is known. You have to be fortunate enough
to be subscribing to a TV company or such-like that uses the system."

I've been to all these sites. I'm looking specifically for actual
manuals, or something that really goes in depth.
