i have my xbox hooked up to my surround sound and i can control it with my foxytunes extension
the problem is i ive got my music organzied in folders but when all the songs in the folder are done i have to go through the xbmc webpage remote thing and change folders and such

ive tried itunes libary sharing but it doesnt work for me itunes to new i think from what ive read
so i was thinking a playlist but it doesnt save from what ive tried in xbmc so can anyone help me in creating any kind of playlist that xbmc can use and save so i wouldnt have to redo it everytime and could just load up and jus track skip with foxytunes

just build a standard m3u playlist. the trick with playlists and xbmc is that the file paths in the playlist need to be in xbmc format. if you keep the m3u file on your pc so you can use it for both xbmc and winamp or foobar, then you can use the path substitution advanced setting to change the paths when xbmc opens the playlist.
