It is impossible to 'fix' damaged hair. Hair is dead, not alive, so it cannot heal. The only way to fix it is to cut it.

OMG okay so I work at a hair salon and we just got this product in called
MOROCCANOIL
It's the best product EVER!!!
I had fried hair and used this for just a week and it completely restored my hair.
What I did was at night i washed my hair with shampoo&Conditioner
then towel dryed my hair and when I was done with that I put about a dime or little bigger size of the MOROCCANOIL into my hair and then went to bed.
It's so amazing!!! lol
There is no way to fix damaged hair but using deep conditioning every week and using hot oil treatments help too.
