hello, i just wantin to know the best way to paint my vinyl motorcycle fairings.........thanks
Most motorcycle fairing are made from hard plastics or fiberglass not vinyl. These hard plastics can be painted just like metal. I've used automotive paint on fairings with good success.

However if you KNOW that you have vinyl plastic, you'll need paint that is intended specifically for that application. Contact an automotive paint outlet and ask them what is available. However don't be surprised if they tell you there is no such thing. You might have to try several different places until you find a shop that can help you.

first use fine grade sandpaper,once done wash with thinner.
i paint with spray paint but you have to paint it with grey primer then mask whatever u dont wanna paint.

Then paint your color.Once dry, use rubbing compound,then use ordinary polish.Then use clear paint for shine.If it dont work, let a professional do it.
