yup.
i would use a smooth and sleek hair shampoo (i recommend sun silk, the purple bottle) i would put a load of mouse in, and blow dry it straight ( then its like naturalishhh ) and then go over the odd bit with a straightening iron, normally hair smells burned so use a hair heat protecter spray before hand. and also buy a syrum (from your hair dessing salon, only about a tenner) , and this makes hair look naturally glossy and shiney, and also tames flyaways.. there you go, naturally lookking STRAIGHT hair! ;)
run the straighteners through your hair quicker or run them through a larger amount of hair.
all you need is a really good straightener and keep your hair healthy looking ..no split ends or anything.

dont hold it in one place, thats frying it. take clip and pull much of the hair up, so you have one layer down. straighten that. put another layer down, straighten that, then put the last layer down and straighten that. flip your hair over, like shake your head, then brush it and your good! add a litle hairspray so no fly aways.
My straightener just gives off heat and makes it flat. After that I just use a hair brush and comb some tangles out and stuff. Plus, I do not use all those hair care products that let you have straight hair after u blow dry and straighten it, just shampoo and conditioner.
Well Actually it depends.
Really curly hair- If you have very curly hair you should probably straighten it then spray it a tiny bit with water after you straighten it, and maybe out the smallest bit of hairspray.
Wavy hair- Straighten it once then comb it out and maybe put the smallest bit of hairspray after that. Then straighten it one more time.
Straight hair that has to be straighter! =o - Straighten it and flip your head a few times and then shake it around everywhere. That should make it look awesome.
Something that I forgot to mention- After every single thing that you do that I told you might work, then flip your hair around a lot. And remember not too much hairspray and don't straighten your hair to much if there is hairspray on it. Take it easy. Your welcome!
IDK good question..I guess just don't like OVER straighten it. Use a lower heat setting so its not PIN straight cuz thats just not natural! Hope I helped!

I have the same prob! 11 so in 6th grade and obviously a "need 2 look good year!" so i bought an andis ceramic hair straightener (from Walmart) it makes it have a little flip so it doesnt look so pin straight and since i have thick and poofy hair, i put in simply straight gel type thing... It helps ALOT!
