My daughter is the #1 jonas fan (even her school folder has the jonas brothers on it, and there is barely any empty space on her walls!) and for her 14th birthday (in 3 months) she desperately wants her party to be JOnas-themed, but i have no idea how to do that! =/

go to a party store, i'm sure they have camp rock plates and decorations, i'm not sure if they only have the jonas brothers but you can look around. go to any chain party store and ask

Well you could buy all the plates, utensils, napkins, etc. for the party, buy a Jonas Brother's cake, and try to have all of the decorations Jonas themed (I know it may be difficult to find, but you could try local party supply stores they should have something), and for presents you can buy her Jonas T-Shirts (You can also take a look on eBay they have billions of things there), and as for music she would probably enjoy Jonas music on account that she is the number one fan, Hm....and maybe the mall may have a few things Jonas related (hopefully), and in my opinion try to take a look at eBay they should have a few things on there for affordable prices. I really hope that I help you out. :)
Maybe Karaoke? That would be fun!! Jonas Brothers songs over and over!
Or you could try a Disney party and also encompass things like High School Musical and Miley and Wizards Of Waverley Place and Demi Lovato. You could have a wider range of songs that way! Fancy dress parties are always fun too! Every one could come as their favourite Disney star!
Or Camp Rock style with singing and dancing competitions like Final Jam. You could have a fake camp fire and those cookies from the film that were shaped like CDs!
You could have all American food like mini burgers and mini hotdogs! Or cinema food like popcorn and little tubs of ice cream or pick and mix sweets that they could chose themselves!
Maybe try and get those life size cardboard Jonas Brothers cut outs and a camera and the guests could pose and have photos taken or even make it like a red carpet event with the guests as the stars and gift bags!

Try going to stores where they might sell Jonas plates, Jonas forks, stuff like that. I don't know if they have any but maybe they will have Camp Rock stuff. Also you can get some extra Jonas Brothers posters and stick them on the walls. Get her Jonas Brothers T-shirt, posters, ect for her presents too if you want!
just go to a party store and buy a whole bunch of jonas brothers stuff. like, plates, napkins, cups, and don't forget a jonas brothers cake, uhm... maybe a table cloth, and wrap presents in jonas brothers wrapping paper... and anything else you could need for a birthday party, but make sure its jonas brothers!, if you can get it.
