I used to work for M&S but have now left and they still owed me over 300 pounds and tax rebate.?
They said they would contact me but 3months later they hadn't so I went to them several times and still a Year later they have not given me my wages. what can I do. I'm 17 and do not work currently so I really need to get my wage.
hiya i would speak to the citizens advice or similar as they are legally responsible for paying you your wages with 30 days i believe so they probs owe you some compensation now too if you still have your wage slips contract and hours worked get to the solicitors or cits advice asap you will get it back
The tax rebate is down to you.. you must get intouch with the tax office yourself if you think you are due for a rebate. As for the £300, go in and ask to speak to the manager, it may just be an oversight. Otherwise, threaten them with taking them to the small claims court. A large company like M&S probably aren't trying to swindle you however, I would assume it's just an oversight on their part.

I don't know about your wages, see if you can make an appointment with them to discuss it. However they do not owe you tax, you get the rebate from the tax office, you will have to get in touch with them to see if they owe you the money
