If your comming here to ask a question like this I assume your new to riding and if your new to riding there's no need to spend 20 to 30 grand.
Alot of people go out and buy a bike and never ride it and let it sit in the garage or realize they are afraid to ride. I've gotten a couple of good deals on dirt cheap bikes from people like this who've had a bike sitting in their garage for ten years and put 1200 miles on it. Buy something cheap, make sure you like riding, get used to it, try out some bikes and see what you like and then buy a nicer expensive bike.
Why you need to buy a second hand vehicle. Just you can buy a new vehicle with all the needed documents at any season discount sale.
Nowadays you can buy a new vehicle with 35 thousand rupees.
My suggestion is dont go for a second hand. Be a First always

I do so want a Baksfiet one day, I have no real use for one, My kids weigh about 90 lbs together and I've walked around with it a bit with no problems. . But my bike friend pointed it out to me and went into some huge explanation . to get used to before we move to that type of bike for regular transport;

Check the RC book and do some research about the owner.
Check the insurance
Check the accident
Check the vehicle in broad day light, if possible, with a known mechanic and check the tyres, denting & body work, condition of the paint, engine condition, etc.
Further suggest buy only if you know the genuineness of the owner.ship. Stolen vehicles are often sold to unsuspecting buyers. Be careful.
