I recently changed hosts to www.4uhosting.com (http://www.4uhosting.com/) and also upgraded my vbulletin board from v3.03 to v3.53, But since my move my site has been going very slow, can take 15 - 30 seconds to load one page. I have contacted support who says that the server is not under stress. They have even moved my site to its own server, A slight improvement by loading pages a few seconds quicker.
I have also run repair and optimise on my database which has helped again, but still pages are taking 10 seconds to load. I also have another smaller site that was moved to the same server which had no problems.

1. It is on a shared web host. I am the first site on the server.
