Protons called enzymes come and unzip DNA, then messenger RNA takes the DNA and changes it into RNA if the DNA is originally CAG messenger RNA will change it to GUC, then it will bring it to the ribosome where tRNA or transfer RNA will go find the opposite of the mRNA, so it will look for CAG these three things will be carrying and amino acid, the set of three is called a codon and the opposite of a codon is an anticodon, that is what is carrying the amino acid, then eventually there are enough amino acids and it is cut of to make a polypeptide chain also know as a protein
i have no idea what codons or anticodons are
but amino acids make protien and tRNA moves the protien, im not sure but basically amino acids and tRNA are both related in the creation of protien. The tRNA contains anticodons that read the mRNA coding and forms bonds with it's codons, once a bond is formed with the mRNA codon, the mRNA strand moves on and the tRNA continues to form bonds with the mRNA. The tRNA is just reading the information about the DNA that the mRNA is telling it.mRNA has the opposite base codes of the DNA strands and so it goes to the tRNA and helps piece together amino acids which in turn forms proteins. The tRNA therefore helps assemble proteins, using the amino acid building blocks and the mRNA makes sure that the tRNA forms the correct proteins by giving the tRNA the correct code to build from.
