Please let me know the best optimization settings for the server below.
The details below are for a dedicated server running vBulletin 3.5.3 with an average of 30 users online (max 70 users).
I plan to purchase and install a second vBulletin to run on the same server. Please let me know the optimal settings, keeping in mind that I would like to add a second forum and split the resources evenly between two sites/vBulletin installs.
Also, I have consulted with my webhost about installing APC on the server, but he is worried that APC's memory usage on my server with only 512mb will offset the performance gains.
Looking at my server details below, can you tell me if APC will improve performance on this set up? Or should I avoid installing APC on a server with such limited memory and CPU?

3. Install APC Cache lastest version from http://pecl.php.net/package/APC. Read install guide at http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showthread.php?t=165367 It is fine with 512MB ram as APC only uses 32M and helps a great deal caching up to 200-300 php scripts on average easily
