He wants his parents (mother) to baby sit baby when every you need a babysitter/daycare even will you work. He and his parents will help out with medical and will provide every thing for baby during the day when you are at work. If you are really struggling and canâ ™t afford rent his parents can also provide a roof over your head at there home. They will even pay for all the food, clothes and medical for the baby/child if they can go shopping with you and pay the store directly if cannot afford it on your own. You would be stupid if you go to court if they are willing to help out alot. If the father is abusive take him to court and dis him and tell the grand parents if they want to be apart of the baby the only way is if the father isnt around when you bring the baby. Dont put up with abusive men no matter what! If he is a good dad let him be dont go to court and start drama.

Wow that sounds like a great deal to me, it seems like there paying for just about everything. Let them babysit, otherwise its expensive and hard to find someone you trust. I think your getting more out of this then you would for child support!!
As long as they are paying, and helping out...then I don't think that it needs to go to court. If by chance, things get to the point where you aren't getting helped, then take him to court.

If it sounds to good to be true then it is. It sounds like they want to support this baby 100% as if it was their own. I would worry that all their support may be used to prove how unfit of a mother you are. If it wasn't for them the baby would be living in a box on the street with no food, clothes or medical care.

I say let them buy gifts for the baby, but not everything. Since you are working you should be able to buy the basics for your child and if possible offer to pay them to babysit while you are at work. Also is the father contributing anything? or just his parents? He should be paying something or take him to court. His parents should be doing the grandparent thing (spoiling the child) not supporting it.
Usually I'm not one to push public assistance but in your case I would look into that to support yourself. Again I would worry why the grandparents are offering to pay for everything (food, clothes, daycare, medical). Call me suspicious but I would be worried about their motives

They are offering to provide more then what she could get with child support. I say as long as they are being civil and helping out that much and she is happy then why get the court involved. If they dont take resposibility then yeah take them to court but they are offering constant child care, medical help, and to pay for things if she can not afford it. Most of child support she will get a 100 a week child care can go above that. LOL so I think it works out better to stay away from court unless needed
The mother should want security for their child, and that can only be achieved through a legal agreement with the child's other parent. Anything else leaves the child's future open to the whims and arguments and manipulations of the parents.
Both parents should want stability for the child.
If they are willing to provide everything for the baby I dont see why the mother would need child support. Daycare is very expensive. Even if there was child support i guarantee it wouldnt be enough for everything they are offering to help with. Yeah it sux to have to depend on them and deal with them if you guys dont get along but you gota do whats best for the baby. Ive been in this situation before and things did get way better a year later. Do whats best for the baby and it will work out.
