I had an ultrasound on day 15 and had a 16mm follicle. I went back on day 20 and had a 26mm follicle that never released. What would make this follicle not release? Would I still get positive OPKs and a rise in BBT? Thanks so much!! Mature follicle size at ovulation::

Hmmmm, maybe scar tissue, maybe stress. Did you ask the doctors these questions when you went in for the ultrasound? Seems to me you would perhaps see a rise then drop in basel temp, but I'm not sure. Are you tracking this?
