Almost everyone that askes a question always gets smart mouth comments from people. why is this?
Because, on the internet, it's easy to put something rude or mean, because no one knows who you are, and you can express your opinions in a way that is mean, rude, and negative without any effects of your smart-aleckness. I, myself, have posted a mean answer once... it got deleted, and now I feel very bad. It seems like if you know it won't hurt you, there isn't any impetus not to.

And the majority of people ask stupid questions.
Like
