It does seem that there's a lot of that phenomena on here. It seems that confusing opinion for fact goes hand in hand with the philosophy that there is only ever one solution to a problem, or that there is only one "correct" interpretation of a situation. The truth is, a lot of questions on here seem to pertain to issues that are far too complex to be suitably answered by anonymous, uninvested strangers. Immaturity, lack of objectivity and basic lack of life-experience seem to be at the root of the "opinion as answer" phenomenon.
Well, always glad to shine. I'm my humble opinion ... the opinion are personal interpretations of the facts. On Yahoo! Answers you ask people questions for a reason because you want them to on some level, relate to it. It's a communication factor. By the way in my opinion this is a great question.
well erm even though we may know the facts, everyone has an opinion about everything and it feels good to let it out seen as none of us are face to face, so no harm in that.. plus its good way to see how many people agree with you and how many dont..
